Numalis is proud to announce that we are part of the consortium that has won the EASA call for projects on approval of machine learning applications.
Data-driven learning techniques represent a major opportunity for the aviation industry but come with several challenges regarding the reliability of Machine Learning solutions.
The project addresses the approval of Machine Learning technology for systems to be used in safety-related applications in all critical areas covered by the EASA Basic Regulation.
The expected results will take the form of a series of deliverables providing guarantees on:
- the capacity of generalization of machine learning models;
- the completeness and representativeness of data;
- the robustness of algorithms and models.
